Please note that most of our products are custom-made and fabricated to your specifications. Due to their unique nature, custom fabricated items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an engineering fault that can be attributed to MoreThanShelters. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our custom products, but if you encounter an engineering fault, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.

Return Process:
